Team

Our NGO has a horizontal organisational structure and all decisions are made by consensus among all the members of the organisation. In our own governance procedures we practice mutual respect, democracy and dialogue, for the support of which our method was developed. All the organisational, communication work strategic and other fuctions necessary for operation of 'Theatre for Dialogue' NGO are also distributed equally among members of the organisation.

We love our theatrical and dialogical job. That is why not only we regularly attend trainings and seminars related to what we do but we also organise regual methodological seminars for members of our team.
